The spa is over price, no tea or water afterward, massage therapists were not good. Comparing to massage shops across the hotel, the price, the service and the skills are much better than the hotel spa.The pool towels can be newer.Overall, this hotel is a bit expensive.

Staff were Lovely and very helpful. Breakfast selection was very good and it was terrific that they offered a shuttle service to the down town area free times a day. Rooms are starting to look in need of upgrading. But was a lovely stay and would highly recommend.

Rooms could do with a bit of updating.

Loved the pool overlooking the ocean, staff are amazing and helpful, clean room, unique, quiet hotel.

Updating

This is a relatively small boutique hotel that offers a range of resort facilities. The rooms are spacious, ours even had a small pool/jacuzzi, and there is a pool and spa facilities available. The breakfast is generous and the staff are always willing to help in any way they can.

The resort is well-maintained, but it is aging. It is still a high standard and all works well. If that is the biggest criticism, then it reflects how good the The Rock is for a stay. Highly recommended.

We like the staff. The orchids were beautiful, and the breakfast is wonderful. Amazing housekeeping, and a wonderful bathroom. The bed was comfortable.

No beach in December. Moldy air conditioner. Pool extremely cold. Private pool even colder. The private pools are extremely dark. In fact the rooms are very dark.

We liked everything about The Rock Hua Hin Beachfront. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the huge bathtub. Food was amazing and service was absolute phenomenal. Thanks everyone for making our stay memorable!

The staff and the food and drink in The Rock Hua Hin were exceptional. The staff is really well trained and my family and I were extremely satisfied with our experience

Although the staff were extremely nice, the coffees were a bit disappointing as they were cold and tasted slightly weird. The internet also didn't work for a few hours and no reason was given as to why but overall it is an amazing place to stay in Hua Hin

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was a relaxed and welcoming place to stay. Good sized rooms and comfortable.

I think the breakfast was ok but could have been better. There were quite limited options and when some of the dishes were finished they were not refilled. After a couple of days it was a bit uninspiring.

The room was perfect, and the staff were so friendly. Location was perfect. I will come back to The Rock again.

Still some construction work in the hotel for regular upgrading. Hence drilling noise.They could do a bit better on the restaurant options.

I got a birthday‘ cake from staffs. It was really surprised for me. The room was really big and clean . We had also the dinner at the restaurant. The foods tasted really good, especially pizza ?.

Lovely staff as everyone was very friendly and helpful. I had also requested a top floor room which was granted; there was a great view of the sea too. The hotel offers good deals on food and drinks plus massages.

We like our room with private pool.Very spacious room with nice design and decoration.The beachfront space with the hotel pool has pretty stunning view.We stayed for 2 nights and it was a good experience.Staffs service was nice and attentive.

Sadly the breakfast quality is not to the standard.The breard, sausages and the way they cook eggs that are the so basic aren't that well.Thai food selections are ok but some are a bit cold.Small parking space although they have more parking across the street.
